INTAF 2019 Online School Registration
You MUST download the Consent & Acceptance Health Form and have EACH student complete the information. Bring TWO COPIES of your completed forms for all students with you when you arrive at INTAF.
Due Dates and Deadlines
Sept. 25, 2019 - TEACHING ARTIST Applications Due
Oct. 1, 2019 - SCHOOL Online registrations due
Oct. 4, 2019 - Cutoff for all Late Registrations (with added fee).
Oct. 19, 2019 - All registration payments due
COST
$40.00 per student (includes t-shirt, Saturday night meal, performances,workshops)
LATE FEE
$100.00 late fee after October 1. NO LATE REGISTRATION AFTER October 4.
You need the following information to register your students/school for INTAF 2019:

Advisor Name, Email, Cell Number, Advisor T-shirt size

Additional Chaperone (add $40.00) information and T-shirt size

Participating Student Names and t-shirt sizes

Total number of t-shirts and sizes needed for all participating students

Dietary restrictions for students/chaperones attending (vegetarian/gluten free)

Students auditioning for stand-up comedy showcase

Students who want to have monologues/songs/scenes adjudicated and/or considered for Showcase

Show title/content rating if your school would like to present a WIP (Work-In-Progress) on Friday night

Optional club/troupe photo or production photo if you want to be included in our Social Media Welcome
